Ingredients
1) Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon

Instruction
Step 1) Vegetable oil should be warmed up in a big skillet over medium heat. Cook the garlic and ginger for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the pork and simmer, turning periodically, for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spoon or spatula until it is mostly browned and thoroughly cooked.
Step 2) Add sesame oil after pushing the pork to the side. Add the cabbage, carrot, and onion. Add the soy sauce and sriracha and stir to mix with the meat. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cabbage is soft. Salt is used to flavour.
Step 3) Place mixture in a serving bowl and top with sesame seeds and scallions.
