Ingredients
1) 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2) 1 lemon
3) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4) 1 inch chopped ginger
5) two onions
6)1 tablespoon turmeric powder
7) 1 tablespoon coriander powder
8) 2 to 3 green chilis
9) Coriander seeds
10) Season with salt to taste
Instruction
Step 1) 2 To begin, place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
Step 2) Mix in the lemon juice and salt.
Step 3) Then set it aside for 2-4 hours to marinate.
Step 4) Sauté cumin seeds and ginger in a nonstick skillet.
Step 5) Sauté the onions in the pan until they are light in color.
Step 6) Add turmeric powder and coriander powder to taste.
step 7) Combine them thoroughly.
step 8 )Make a small slit in the green chilies.
Step 9) Add half a lemon’s juice to one cup of water at the same time.
Step 10 ) Now add the chicken and allow the water to boil and turn into curry.
Step 11) Add the coriander leaves and cook on a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve the Indian lemon chicken immediately!
