Mint Tea

To release the lovely flavour and aroma of fresh mint, take a handful of the leaves and sprinkle them over boiling water. Add honey to the tea to taste to make it sweeter.

Simple boiling water and fresh mint are all you need to make a soothing herbal drink called mint tea. For a cool beverage, use spearmint or peppermint.

Ingredients 

  1. 8 fresh mint leaves, left on stem
  2. Boiling water

Instruction 

Step 1) The water should come to a boil. Step 2) Thoroughly wash the mint. Step 3) Add the boiling water to the mug with the mint. 5 minutes is sufficient to let the mint steep. After enjoying, remove the mint. (An alternative technique is to chop the mint leaves and put them in a tea strainer before steeping.)
