Ingredients
1) Peanuts 1 cup
2) Sugar 2 tablespoons
3) powdered green cardamom 1 tablespoon
Instruction
Step 1: Lightly roast the peanuts. Skin removal and cooling. to a fine powder, grind. Butter a thali. To make a syrup with a viscosity of two threads, cook sugar with 3/4 cup of water.
Step 2 Stir constantly and frequently as you cook the mixture while adding the ground peanuts until it thickens. Mix well after adding green cardamom powder.
Step 3 Spread and smooth the material onto the oiled thali. Cut the pieces once they have slightly cooled, then store them.
