1) Pure pumpkin puree in a half-cup
2) 1 giant banana
3) ice cubes, six
4) 6 ounces of yoghurt, vanilla
5) Pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon
6) Add more agave nectar or honey if you prefer it to be sweeter than the recommended 1 teaspoon amount.
7) 3 teaspoons milk, a dash of nutmeg, and optional garnishes of whipped cream
