Ingredients
1) 1 cup Bulgur Wheat / Daliya / Ghav Na Fada
2) 1 cup Cauliflower florets
3)1 cup Chopped Bell pepper / Capsicum (I used red and green)
4) 1/2 cup Chopped carrots
5) 1/2 cup Green Peas
6) 1/2 cup Onion
7) Chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic grated
8) 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
9) 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
10) 2 tablespoon Light or extra virgin Olive oil or coconut oil (You can use any)
11) 1 tablespoon Mint
12) 1 tablespoon Cilantro
13) Salt to taste
14) 2 teaspoon Red Chili powder (use according to your spice level, Spice level for this recipe is ⅗)
15) 1 teaspoon Garam masala
16) ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
17) 2 teaspoon lemon Juice
18) 2 cup Water
Instruction
Step 1) wash the bulgur or daliya, 1-2 times, then drain the water.
Step 2) Saute the garlic, ginger, and cumin seeds in the hot oil after pressing the Saute button. Cook for a few seconds.
Step 3 ) At this point, incorporate all of the chopped vegetables along with the washed daliya/Bulgur wheat, salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Relatively thorough stirring
step 4) Close the lid, turn off the saute mode, and press the manual button. Set the pressure valve to sealing for 6 minutes while under high pressure.
step 5 ) Do a rapid pressure release after the cooking is finished
Step 6) The float valve will lower and the lid will unlock to open once the pressure has been completely discharged. It is now secure to raise the lid.
Step 7) Using a fork, gently swirl after opening.
Step 8 )Add the chopped mint, cilantro, and lemon juice now. Mix it just a little.
Step 9 ) Daliya is all set. Serve it with plain yoghurt, cucumber raita, or boondi raita.
